“Pray before replaying the problem.”
Philippians 4:6–7
Paul does not dismiss the concern. He directs it toward God through prayer, petition and thanksgiving. The promise is not that every circumstance changes immediately, but that God’s peace guards the inner life.
Repeated worry can make a problem feel like the only truth in the room. Prayer interrupts that cycle and places the concern beneath the care and authority of God.
One faithful step
Pause, name the concern, pray specifically, thank God for one mercy and refuse to replay the problem all day.
