Make the Vision Plain

People cannot carry what they cannot understand, so give the vision language, ownership and measures.

Stewardship That Scales · 28 September–4 October
“If only you understand the vision, it is still private ambition.”

Habakkuk 2:2–3

God tells Habakkuk to record the prophetic vision clearly so it can be read and carried forward. The passage is not a guarantee that every business idea will succeed, but it gives leaders a vital principle: clarity helps people move together.

A vision held only in a leader’s head creates confusion. Put the problem, the people served, the intended outcome, the priorities, the owner and the measures on one page. Then ask somebody else to explain it back to you.

One faithful step

Prepare a one-page vision brief and use it at your next meeting. If another person cannot explain it, simplify it.

Build with Wisdom. Lead with Integrity. Serve with Purpose.
