Jesus contrasts domination with service and places greatness inside responsibility for the good of others. Authority is not permission to make the work heavier for everyone below you.
Practical service may look like clarifying a decision, repairing a broken process, providing the right tool or listening long enough to understand where the friction really is.
One faithful step
Ask one teammate what makes the work unnecessarily difficult. Listen without defending the system, then remove one obstacle.
