Biblical encouragement is more than vague praise. Hebrews tells us to consider one another, which means noticing who needs strengthening and what faithful next step our words could help them take.
A few honest words can interrupt isolation. Name what you see, explain why it matters and encourage the person to keep taking the next faithful step.

Send one specific voice note or message naming the good you see in someone and encouraging their next faithful step.
